Safety Terms:
In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
Wear suitable protective clothing and gloves.
Risk terms: Irritating to eyes, respiratory system and skin.

Dangerous signs: Irritant

Upstream product: Pentaerythritol, neopentyl glycol, pentaerythritol, caustic soda, carbon monoxide.

Downstream products:
Hydros, sodium sulfate, 4,4'- two amino two phenyl ether, formic acid, oxalic acid, asulam.

Molecular structure:

Production process:
1.Industrial carbon monoxide and sodium hydroxide at 150-170, about 2MPa under reaction. In fact, the production process of sodium formate is a part of oxalic acid production. The concentration of sodium hydroxide solution for the absorption of the reaction is 25%-30%.

2.Sodium formate also can be made by formic acid and sodium oxide or sodium bicarbonate and oxygen reaction preparation.

Storage: 2-8°C
